Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The venue was perfect! It fit all of our needs and wants. The unique space, the decor, and the atmosphere was exactly how our daughter envisioned her wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality, guidance and reassurance that was provided throughout all of our planning. Kalli and her team were wonderful to work with! The day was absolutely magical and Sparrow Creek made it happen. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married. We are so glad we will be able to look back and agree again and again that Sparrow Creek Ranch was meant to be a huge part of a very important day!

Choosing SCR was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made! The venue itself is breathtaking, and its owners are as genuine and kind-hearted as they come. Kalli takes you in and gives you everything you need to make wedding planning an absolute breeze. She cares about your day as much as you do!! I cannot imagine having had our big day anywhere else. What an absolutely magical wedding venue! I booked Sparrow Creek Ranch out of state and was so happy when I saw it in person, it was better than the photos. Wouldn’t have changed a thing, the barn is oozing romance and warmth and love. Plus, everything was laid out for us and as stress free as possible. Thank you so much!

I simply cannot say enough great things about this venue and the family that operates it. Kalli is an absolute blessing. She is so organized with walking customers through what to expect, what to do at what time, who to contact as far as preferred vendors....I could go on and on. She is very patient with questions and prompt in answering. They have a streamlined process that takes the stress out of planning.

It is well worth the drive from the DFW area. Take a tour and book your event fast as this hidden gem won't stay hidden for much longer! You will not regret booking this beautiful event venue!!

When choosing a wedding venue there were certain things that were a must for me and SCR met all my expectations and MORE! The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful and there are so many ceremony options, it makes it hard to choose because it’s all so gorgeous. Kalli gives you all the info you need to help the process and her communication skills were wonderful! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t think twice about choosing SCR. One of the best decisions I made! I will forever recommend them and I promise you will not be disappointed.

SCR is by far the best location, rustic venue, and price you will find! Kalli, Kevin, and Allen were so helpful from the time we reached out to book the venue up until the day of my ceremony! They were always available to answer any questions or help with whatever I needed! The venue allows a weekend package which allows you to set up the venue Friday and have your ceremony Saturday, then clean up Sunday morning. I have been asked so many times how stressed I was during my perfect weekend, and I have confidently been able to answer that I had “NO STRESS!!!” I know this was because I had all day Friday to set up and enjoy ALL DAY Saturday!! When we arrived Friday to set up, Allen was there already putting heaters together and had the chairs and tables out for us to set up. He inspected the chandeliers before leaving and helped us locate any tools we needed to set up for our day. Kevin came out Saturday well before the ceremony and made sure we had all we needed, which really meant a lot to my family and I. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

SCR Venue is INCREDIBLE. Highly affordable, unique, gorgeous, and has indoor and outdoor options for your ceremony (in the event it rains! As it did for ours). The staff is friendly, kind, and extremely helpful in the wedding planning process too! Kalli is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to help with any questions or ideas. She was an angel! This is the perfect venue for the DIY bride or the bride with their own vision of exactly how they want their wedding to be. The bridal suite is to die for and not only is the outside of the barn/field area picturesque, but the inside is absolutely beautiful as well. Plenty of restrooms for your guests and our guest raves about how gorgeous it was all night. If you’re on the fence—don’t be—this is the ONE!
