Time to Make it Your Own

Having all day Friday and Saturday is a burden off your shoulders.

You can only understand the benefits (fully) once you are a month away, and you see the countless obstacles you would face with only an 8-12 hour rental!

Having Friday means you can unload and set up all your décor and reception without rushing on the wedding day. Your rentals can be delivered on Friday, saving you extra "weekend" delivery fees, and you can have rehearsal any time on Friday, giving you flexibility for the entire day’s schedule.

 

WEEKEND PACKAGE RENTAL TIME

Friday 9 am-11 pm | 14 Hours

Saturday 8 am - Midnight + vendors have additional breakdown hour | 16 Hours

Sunday 7 am - 9 am | For cars, cake, and decor, pick up the next day! Extended until 12 pm if there wasn’t a Sunday wedding

June-August ceremonies are restricted to the fully-shaded Creekside Patio & are capped at 150; Oct-May 200 max capacity.

**Warmer months - All spaces have A/C! Main barn also has two large industrial A/C units — but as a large, high ceiling building it isn’t small-room temp control but provides a cool indoor reception space! We have stunning weddings and get great reviews year round.


INCLUDED

Vintage décor, such as, sign-in tables, arches, giant chalkboards, table top decor & more (view here)

Bridal Suite with six giant windows for natural light, full bathroom, getting ready counter & door to patio (view here) bridal party only.

Bridal Loft is a clean fresh space for our brides and bridal party to enjoy for photos and relaxing before the ceremony (view here); bridal party only.

Prep kitchen (not commercial, no on-site cooking), and industrial cake/floral fridge

Reception Table & Chair Set Up/Teardown - setup of our round 60" tables and reception chairs included (placement of the five farm tables, SCR decor (big and small) is not included in this setup). This is limited to INSIDE the barn; outdoor setup for receptions is not included and is the renter's responsibility. 

Ceremony Chair Setup & Tear Down - simple straight-row ceremony seating setup (8am-11am) and post-event teardown. The renter is responsible for arrangements that are not standard or outside of that timeline.

200 white, padded garden chairs (ceremony or reception)

200 black, bistro chairs (reception or ceremony on Creekside Patio)

Four(8ft) Farm Tables and One Sweetheart Farm Table (5.5ft) (typically for head table/wedding party) made of old barn wood/railroad slabs

24 round tables (seat 8), folding need linens

Six banquet tables, folding need linens

High-resolution watercolor map for your website or invitations; it’s the little things.

Access to our Private SCR couples & vendors FB group where SCR couples current and past give helpful advice. It’s a big family!

Pre-event clean and post-event clean. Renters are still responsible to leave SCR in good condition and follow the End of Night Checklist.

No hidden fees - There are no additional service fees and taxes are included. We do encoruage event insurance from EventHelper which is approximately $150-200. We require security, full-service catering and bartenders from our list. We do have Add-Ons to keep our cost as affordable as possible; see below.


ADD-ONS

All add-ons are tallied four weeks before the wedding! Plenty of time to decide before adding anyting to your package.

On-Site Accommodations - Vintage Airstream & Log Cabin adjacent to SCR for wedding party or famliy lodging at SCR. There are so many options surrounding SCR it's hard to choose where to send our guests! 

Coordination - Take the stress away and allow our In-House Coordinator to create your detailed timeline, handle vendor communication, create the layout, and handle the day-of; see package details HERE. However, SCR provides so many resources that a planner/coordinator isn’t necessary to have a beautiful wedding. But it never hurts to have a helping hand.

Getaway Car - Let us whisk you away in our classic red & white 1957 Bel-Air getaway car! Getaway Car options here.

NOT INCLUDED

On-Site Grooms Room - though we have epic options next door and nearby that include a variety of awesome activities. Most of our grooms spend the day on PK Lake, Golfing at the Cliffs, or shooting skeet at the Wildcatter Ranch. There is something for everyone!

Primary Requirements:

Catering and Bar must be booked from our list.

Security must be arranged through our approved security guard, $50 hr (reception time).
