Our Sunday and Micro Wedding options are affordable in the most beautiful setting, any day of the week.
Sparrow Creek Ranch is one of Texas's most stunning ranch venues with affordable packages with the luxury of time. That’s why our couples come from all over the state and several out-of-state destination weddings each year. We love our smaller Sunday and Weekday Weddings, and so do dozens of couples each year. We are here to celebrate the sacredness of marriage with you, and it’s an honor to do so.

Vendors must be out by 11 pm, and all personal property off-site.
Price includes all Taxes and pre-event clean and post-event deep clean*.
*Renters are still responsible for leaving SCR in good condition and follow the End of Night Checklist.
If there isn’t a wedding the day before, we move the entry time to earlier at no cost!
Also Includes:
Reception Setup of 60” Round Tables + Chairs - we will setup deisred number of guest tables and chairs, inside the barn, in a general layout best for your guest count; you are free to adjust and you likely will to get it just right! This setup does not include decor, or decor tables/chairs included in your SCR rental. Reception setup does not include any outside setup; if you are planning recpetion on the patio the client will need to provide setup.

No hidden fees - There are no additional service fees and taxes are included. SCR does offer Add-Ons to keep our cost as affordable as possible. We do encourage event insurance from EventHelper that is approximately $100-150. Fill out the tour request form to receive more information.

On-site accommodations -Vintage Airstream & Log Cabin adjacent to SCR for weddin party or famly lodging at SCR. There are so many options surrounding SCR it's hard to choose where to send our guests!

Not Included
Grooms Room - though we have epic options next door and nearby that include a variety of great activities. Most of our grooms spend the day on PK Lake, Golfing at the Cliffs, or shooting skeet at the Wildcatter Ranch. There is something for everyone!
Ceremony Setup - Our rental times are very generous to allow for self-ceremony setup exactly how you want it! Or we can provide ceremony chair setup/teardown for $150.
Day-of-coordinator, but we can recommend several! We also provide so many resources that a planner/coordinator isn’t necessary to have a beautify wedding. But it never hurts to have a helping hand.

SCR is by far the best location, rustic venue, and price you will find! Kalli, Kevin, and Allen were so helpful from the time we reached out to book the venue up until the day of my ceremony! They were always available to answer any questions or help with whatever I needed! The venue allows a weekend package which allows you to set up the venue Friday and have your ceremony Saturday, then clean up Sunday morning. I have been asked so many times how stressed I was during my perfect weekend, and I have confidently been able to answer that I had “NO STRESS!!!” I know this was because I had all day Friday to set up and enjoy ALL DAY Saturday!! When we arrived Friday to set up, Allen was there already putting heaters together and had the chairs and tables out for us to set up. He inspected the chandeliers before leaving and helped us locate any tools we needed to set up for our day. Kevin came out Saturday well before the ceremony and made sure we had all we needed, which really meant a lot to my family and I. I cannot recommend this venue enough!
