SCR In-House Coordination

Planning a wedding is time-consuming. The hours to create a timeline, coordinate between vendors, think through layouts, and wedding party details all add up to well over 200 hours for the average wedding. SCR provides countless resources to help the DIY bride! And a coordinator isn’t required, but the hours needed to plan and organize the logistics for a beautiful wedding fall on the bride most often. If you dream of a stress-free wedding day for you and your mom (let’s be honest) to enjoy, and you want to pass off the details three months before your wedding day, SCR’s In-House Coordination is here for you!

INCLUDED

  • Three Months of Coordination

  • Create Wedding Ceremony and Reception Timeline.

  • Vendor Management and Verification — We call or email all vendors to verify the time of load-in/setup/teardown/load-out, confirm orders, give directions, and forward the timeline and layout.

  • Create customized floor plans and set up notes for layout. 

  • Support — Call or email to answer questions and help with resources starting three months before the wedding. We love to know how plans are coming along and are happy to offer advice. SCR’s venue director is also always available and happy to provide support as soon as the client books SCR. 

  • (2) Virtual Consultation meeting (Limited to 1 hour)

  • Venue Final-Walkthrough (Limited to 1 hour)

  • Coordinate and direct wedding rehearsal (Limited to 1 hour)

  • Coordinate and direct wedding ceremony and reception (Limited to 8 hours):

    • Gathering all ceremony attendees, bridal party, and officiant for processional line up and assist with signaling everyone for ceremony 

    • Gather wedding party and family to post-ceremony photos

    • Check all vendors in and out, and ensure rules are followed, and expectations are met

    • Welcome all guests and assist with directing late arrivals to ceremony or pre-ceremony welcome period

    • Bustle wedding dress before the grand entrance 

    • Assist with dinner plates for the bride and groom

    • Assist with pinning personal floral wedding party and family

    • Manage reception floor and behind the scene details during dinner and dancing  

    • During the reception, will load wedding gifts and inventory items (if not being used) into a pre-designated vehicle or area  

    • Collect cake accessories/rentals and top layer of cake to load with gifts  

    • Coordinate ―To Go food for bride and groom departure vehicle  

    • Assist DJ with coordinating all guests to exit once the event concludes for the send-off  

    • Ensure End-of-Night CheckList is complete (not responsible for completing tasks alone, but will complete along with at least two designated people of Client’s choosing)

COST $1600 + tax

SCR’ In-House Coordination (IHC) can be booked up to five months before your

wedding day but is subject to IHC’s availability and not guaranteed.

She was incredibly professional, attentive, and always had a solution to any questions or concerns we had leading up to the big day. Her attention to detail and ability to manage the logistics of our wedding made everything run smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy our celebration without stress.

The barn itself is a stunning space with ample room for guests while maintaining a cozy, welcoming vibe. We were able to customize the space to reflect our personal style, with its exposed wood beams and natural light serving as a perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The outdoor areas are just as beautiful, offering a lovely spot for pictures and enjoying the scenic views.
