Western Wedding for Dreamers at SCR
Casyn and Ryan were perfect for a western wedding at Sparrow Creek Ranch. They loved the barn's rustic charm but also wanted to add a touch of glamour and sophistication. The result was a stunning wedding that was both elegant and Western.
The couple's 200 guests across Texas were swooning over this day, full of energy and excitement! The Barn was decorated with a mix of rustic and chic white elements, creating a unique and stylish atmosphere. The overall effect was elegant and inviting, with guests flowing in and out across the venue’s many mix-and-mingle spaces.
HILL-TOP CEREMONY - RANCH WEDDING
The ceremony was set on the Hill Top, a natural area near the front of the Barn. This location offered stunning views of the surrounding countryside and was the perfect setting for a Western wedding. The couple exchanged vows under a wooden hexagonal archway decorated with flowers and greenery. The cowhide rugs down the aisle are a fun touch that makes for a great statement and adds the perfect depth for photos coming down the aisle!
Their vows were heartfelt and sincere, and their guests were touched as these two sweethearts said their “I Dos!” The Hill Top ceremony space is a unique and beautiful location, offering stunning views of the surrounding Hill Country (we’re in the Palo Pino Mountains).
The SCR vintage Oil Barrels are also a fun touch that guests, mainly from West Texas, find a fun and unique touch that guests love talking about.
BRIDE & GROOM PORTRAITS
Black and white photos are a wedding day must! The contrast of the white dress against the landscape and the inside of the barn always makes for frame-worthy portraits. We love them so much and think every wedding gallery should have lots! The inside of the Barn and the outdoor pasture areas are also perfect for post-ceremony golden hour photos. We have endless options for our couples to get stunning portraits across the property!

Sparrow Creek Ranch was wonderful to work with their attention to detail in how they take care of their venue is very helpful for the organized bride. Kalli has everything laid out for you including times, dates, decorations, and more. The weekend package was a must for our big guest count, we had plenty of time to set up on Friday for our Saturday wedding. We planned for around 250 people and were nervous if everyone would fit but it was perfect with plenty of dancing space. We decided to have catering inside the boxcar room and that was one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I got married on the hilltop, it was the best day we could of imagined, beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing about our day.
RANCH WEDDING RECEPTION - GRAHAM, TX
The barn is spacious and rustic, accommodating up to 200 guests. After the ceremony, the guests were treated to a delicious meal and dancing. The reception was held in the barn, and the atmosphere was festive and fun. The couple's friends and family danced the night away, and everyone had a wonderful time.
The venue also has a variety of other amenities, including on-site lodging, amazing vintage decor free for our couples to use, and a three-day Weekend Wedding package!
