Courtney and Kevin Carter were married at Sparrow Creek Ranch on August 29, 2020. Together with their family and friends, they said their I do’s under a spectacular Texas sunset. Choosing to have a sunset ceremony made for such a wonderful relief from the warm summer Texas heat, and the views looking out onto the hills of Graham, Texas were jaw dropping that day. Sparrow Creek Ranch always encourages that a Summer wedding ceremony to begin 1 1/2 hours before sunset, giving you the prettiest sun glow and cooler temperatures. When the weather just gets too hot to handle, Sparrow Creek also offers their couples the option to have their ceremony inside the shaded barn, you can view indoor barn weddings here.
The glowy sunset light peeking through the trees at the altar gave off the best romantic vibes during the ceremony. Nothing beats the combination of a Texas summer sunset and true love!
Sparrow Creek Ranch makes for the best neutral color palette that can bring any wedding visions to life. The versatile elegant and rustic barn allows couples to plan any color scheme they can imagine. Courtney and Kevin went with rustic white and jewel toned florals with beautiful textured pampas grass to tie it all together. At the altar, the couple created their own triangular altar structure decorated in florals, it made for the perfect backdrop during their vows. We love the creative visions our couples have that incorporate so well with everything here at the venue.
Couples that take advantage of the sunset ceremonies often utilize the empty barn and shade for the pre ceremony photos. The large barn doors open wide to allow natural even sunlight to pour into the barn. The way the sunlight captures the elegant chandeliers within the barn will always leave us stunned. Courtney and Kevin made the choice to have a first look before the ceremony, allowing them ample time (and sunlight) to capture a large amount of photos prior to the ceremony. We get a little excited when we see photos inside the barn, the rustic elegance of the venue give so much dimension to the images!
Tiffany Lee Creative captured the details, large and small, of this wedding perfectly. Weddings come and go so quickly, it’s nice to be able to relive your day while you scroll through the photos. Every detail you dreamt up, captured and preserved for a lifetime in these photos.
We just cannot get over these hilarious ring bearer signs carried by the cutest kiddos. “She is…on…time” Their photographer, Tiffany Lee Creates captured this adorable moment perfectly as these boys giggled their way to the alter, followed by an “on time” bride.
