Weddings are always special occasions, filled with love, laughter, and memories that last a lifetime. But what happens when a little unexpected rain decides to add to the mix? Well, in the case of this particular Sunday wedding, the result was nothing short of magical.
As Kaylin and Andrew stood at the altar, exchanging their heartfelt vows, a gentle rain shower began to fall. At first, there was a slight murmur among the guests, but as the rain continued, a sense of wonder and laughter made the moment so fun! It didn’t last but a few moments but it will always be remembered!
The bride and groom, instead of being flustered by the unexpected downpour, simply embraced it. The father of the bride gallantly removed his jacket and offered it to his daugher giving everyone another round of laughter and joy! Nothing about this ceremony was lack luster!
The rain, which felt like a little kiss of love and joy, continued for just a few minutes, sprinkling the bride and groom with a touch of luck. The ceremony continued, filled with more laughter and love, and the rain shower became an integral part of the couple's special day. There is always somthing unexpected, and as weddigns go this unexpected sprinkle was just the touch of whimsy to make it extra extra special!
Their ceremony with 140 guests in attendance, was on the Creekside Patio! This space is for our smaller ceremonies and all our summer ceremonies, as it’s on the backside of the barn, making it fully shaded during ceremony time! The grees all around and the string lights overhead provide a forest-feel for the ceremony!
