The Perfect Time and Place - April Wedding Graham, TX
Andy and Kelsey chose to tie the knot at the end of April, a time of year when North Texas radiates with beauty. As nature awakens, our venue transforms into a picturesque landscape with rolling hills and wildflower fields. The weather was ideal, allowing their guests to enjoy the indoor-outdoor reception setup while experiencing the charm of a “Rustic-Eleganc” themed celebration.
Andy, the groom, was very involved in choosing the wedding venue. We love it when our grooms come to see SCR because they often love it just as much as the bride, and that isn’t something most venues can say! Andy was first taken by SCR’s foundation and Christian mission as a wedding venue to celebrate Christ-centered celebrations. It’s such an honor to be part of this day and so many more that are part of God’s purpose for marriage.
Outdoor Tree Grove Ceremony - SCR’s The Grove
The Hogan’s choose The Grove, our most popular spring ceremony site, for their vows. Our giant cedar cross (that we have to move with the bulldozer) is tall enough that the central cross is perfect for a major floral piece visible over the couple. Even though the cedar cross is extra large, it blends into the trees to a degree, making it a simple and perfect addition to the spanning trees of the grove ceremony site. DIY Rustic-Chic Bar Reception
One of the best parts of Andy and Kelse's wedding was the personal touch in every detail. With the entire family’s creativity, they crafted rustic-chic décor everyone loved! Each element seamlessly blended into the natural surroundings, creating an atmosphere of rustic charm that captured the essence of their vision. Kelsey’s vision was a show-stopper, don’t you agree?!
Gold accents added a touch of grandeur to the rustic setting, while soft pink hues gently embraced the vintage vibes they sought to evoke.
