But we also empower you to curate your dream wedding team by giving you a Recommended Vendor List built over 10+ years with amazing vendors we’ve trusted for many, many years and continue to get 5-star Reviews from SCR Couples. You can go down this list and book all your vendors without searching at all!

We have a rigorous process for adding venodrs to this list that includes years of waiting time in some cases for venodrs to join the list. And likewise, we have a strict removal process for anything less than 5-star experiences.

We do require our couples to book from our Exclusive List of Bartenders and Caterers. After a decade of seeing how these key vendors can completely derail a wedding day, we decided to move towards an exclusive list to protect our couples and rest at ease knowing there will be enough food, it will be delicious, and the bar will service its critical role in services, delicious drinks, and safety.
For all other vendors, however, the choice is yours! Explore our list, meet these talented professionals, and find the perfect fit for your vision, budget, and style. If you don’t find the perfect fit, we have a simple approval process for all non-recommended venodrs to ensure each vendor knows the couple’s contracted event time, venue rules, and more as one more layer of protection for our couples. Once off-list vendors sign the agreement acknowledging those rules, they are approved! Now, our couples and the vendor don’t have to email back and forth on questions (candles, lighting, parking entrance, unloading rules, sink info, dumpster location, outlet wattage, etc.), and both feel more prepared!

Mark, the bartender, went above and beyond for my wedding party and all of our guests. Dos leones provided the best taco bar for dinner, all of my guests were just raving over how amazing the food was! They also delivered delicious breakfast burritos to my wedding party the morning of. Every Little Letter worked her magic on the chalkboards, adding a special personalized touch to our wedding day. Snapjoy photo booth provided fun for all of our guests and even saved all of my and my husband’s pictures from the night so we didn’t have to keep up with them! And lastly, Krazy Cakes made the most delicious desserts that I am actually using again for my sister’s baby shower! Again, I cannot thank you enough for your guidance during this stressful yet exciting season of life. ”

Kalli has pretty much all of the legwork taken care of for you from the organization she offers for day of event, mock timelines, seating arrangements with SCR blue prints to recommended vendor, it saved me so much time and stress by using her recommended vendors and they did not disappoint (shoutout to KB Wedding Films, Galyean Photo + Film, Krazy Cakes, Mark Waggoner and Rudy’s). Not to mention all of the included decor is a HUGE bonus!

Jay was the best of best security- he even helped take down some of the seating for the outdoor ceremony before we had the chance to get folks on that task! Tipsy Trailer, Krazy Cakes, …were the most amazing vendors, and we had so many compliments on all they provided!
It was an absolutely beautiful experience, and while I was prepared to be extremely stressed, Kalli and team provided us with guidance that left me calm and stress-free the day of my daughter’s wedding. The venue itself is breathtaking and it’s owners are as genuine, and kind hearted, as they come.
