Aka, a different “hello!” and subsequent emails and tasks depending on if it’s a weekday wedding, Saturday wedding, corporate retreat, etc. My Saturday Wedding “workflow” has 23 steps! Yes, 23 automatic emails and tasks/reminders built in.

This gives some the peace of mind of knowing an inquiry is getting attention right away, and my workflows are going to continue to sell for me when I am away.
