Elegance Meets Whimsy: A One-of-a-Kind DFW Wedding Venue

WEDDING DAY FULL OF WHIMSY FUN

Taylor & Cale’s wedding was the epitome of elegance meets fun! From their vibey details to the direct flash portraits, their day highlights the extent of SCR’s ability. Often chosen for our rustic look, we are also selected because of our incredible landscaping and versatile decor. Taylor’s favorite focal piece was our mirror wall! Check out their show-stopping day captured by their photographer: @madelinemaephoto

WINTER WEDDING PORTRAITS - DFW RANCH WEDDING

SCR is a dream Nov-March for wedding portraits as the sun does something golden and the sparser trees give a whimsy dimension to the backdrop. We love our lush spring and summer weddings, but winter does have a vibe all its own! The golden tones in the trees and grass across the 100-plus acres that SCR sits on is stunning in winter making weddings from November through March particularly beautiful in our opinion.

GIRL WEDDING DETAILS FOR A WHIMSY BRIDE

An absolutely incredible way couples can show personality is through their details, specifically stationary. An invitation is the first introduction guests receive about a wedding. Color, texture, and pattern can give a different impression, and all of it can be played with to perfectly capture a couple’s vibe, theme, and personality.

FIRST TOUCH - A WEDDING DAY TRADITION

Want to chat with your beloved before you meet at the altar but are craving that iconic aisle moment? A first touch might be for you! This is a super popular option for our couples, as we have the BEST corner for it. The light is incredible, the wind blows your hair like in the movies, and it allows for optimal alone time. You two will get to chat, shed some of those jitters, and discuss all the tea. There is a reason it is becoming the new first look!

Now how about a little commotion for the dress?
