BRIDE’S REVIEW:

SCR was the first and only venue we visited. We fell in love with it when we saw the pictures. Kalli and her family, especially her dad, Kevin, have put everything into this place. It is one of the most beautiful, eclectic, and unique venues. Everything is one of a kind. And everyone who runs/works with this place has been so sweet and helpful. We planned our whole wedding from San Antonio and many of our guests traveled from out of town and out of state. Our Wedding day was perfect. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The fact that we got to have all of Friday to set up, was amazing. I got to have everything the way I wanted it and had envisioned it. I wish I could do it again! And if I could, I wouldn’t change a thing. I will forever cherish this place and will always recommend it anytime I know someone who is getting married. I can’t thank Kalli, Kevin and Allen enough. The chemistry that all of the Recommended Vendors had was amazing. They work together effortlessly and comfortably since they all mostly know each other. We had the MOST perfect wedding day.

CEREMONY PHOTOS for BOHO BRIDE

This Pinterest worthy boho rustic wedding was full of details. The bowties, the pampas grass, the glass containers, it all worked perfectly for a dreamy wedding theme that spoke to the couple’s wild-at-heart personalities. They got married at The Grove ceremony site at Sparrow Creek right before sunset for the best photos.

Seriously? These macrame barefoot sandals are increadible! What a fun bridesmaid’s gift for the boho bride! And have you ever seen more amazing grooms shoes? The footwear for this wedding was incredible. That’s all.

FIRST LOOK PHOTOS

The Creekside Patio is perfect for first looks at SCR because it’s shaded — why is that important? Photographers do not want to shoot in full sun, and first looks take place pre-ceremony, usually in the middle of the day! So having a beautiful shaded area is important. And secondly, the bridal suite at SCR opens up to the Creekside Patio directly! This makes it perfect for brides who do not want to dirty their dresses before the ceremony. No fields to go through, and a beautiful patio for photos awaits.

WEDDING PARTY AND GETTING READY PHOTOS

The dried flowers with pampas grass are a key element to any gorgeous boho ranch wedding! We love seeing these colors and the dimension of dried flowers for a September wedding like Hannah’s. Her dress came from Etsy and was full of amazing detail with lace and cutouts to match her boho vibes, tattoos, and artistic touches throughout her wedding. If you are looking for a bit of an edge for your bridal look, this wedding gown may be the perfect inspiration!

BOHO BARN RECEPTION

Nate and Hannah are music and concert lovers. They love each other and love spending time together listening to great musicians, and you can tell from their reception photos!
